The first time I just told her to move her sexual energy from the root chakra, and then all the way up through each chakra up to the crown chakra (no hypnosis). While I did that I asked her to describe what she felt and saw, and it was kind of freaky to hear her describe things almost just like in the books (feelings, colors, everything!).
The next time I put her in trance first, I started an orgasm in her root chakra, and then I slowly moved the orgasm up through each chakra, letting her come for a minute or so in each chakra. She says that the orgasm feels different in every chakra.
The second chakra is her definite favorite. She says it just makes her so insanely happy whenever I open that chakra.
